The Virden Indoor Rodeo and Wild West Daze Dance takes place in the curling rink on Saturday night of the rodeo weekend. This event has been well attended for years and is one of Virden’s largest social gatherings. Our dance band has always kept the party rocking and for 2023 it has been confirmed that Byron Falk & the Half Time Cowboys will be on the stage. Tickets are $20.00 and can be purchased a few weeks before at Virden Hi-Way Grocery and Sooper Dave’s Country Convenience Store.
Included in the admission price is live entertainment, snacks and a party atmosphere from 10 pm until 2 am. Later in the evening a booth is set up to offer barbequed food. Approximately 800 people attend this event every year, so don’t miss out! Purchase your tickets ahead of time and don’t forget to pack your ID.
